Here's the official witness statement. No description of either of the 'suspects'. State law requires clerk to ID all those who appear to be underage, regardless of who pays. My son was in the store only on the 25th. Whose idea do you think it might have been to 'link' him with the other individual by stating she ID'd him on the 23rd?? A little 'coaching', perhaps?
