Dismissal

Here's the end result of this miscarriage of justice. After 3 months of attacks on my family, Larry was forced to dismiss the case. He didn't give in easily, but ultimately he had no choice.  Notice the reasons he gave for the dismissal:  NO REASONABLE LIKELIHOOD OF CONVICTION! Gee Larry, I wonder why.  Maybe because you had no case from the beginning, but you didn't want the facts to get in the way of persecuting an innocent person.  THE STATE IS UNABLE TO REBUT DEFENDANT'S ALIBI DEFENSE. Not that he didn't try. But, funny thing about the truth, eventually it comes to light and makes it hard for people like this to continue their foul deeds.  Notice the box that so obviously went unchecked: IN THE INTEREST OF JUSTICE.  Was that just a Freudian slip, Larry, or do you really have no interest in justice.  From my perspective, the latter appears to be the case.
